There are two scenarios that come up, when the Nudge code has not been placed on the page, or the URL has been whitelisted long after the code has been placed on page.
Scenario A: Our code has not been placed on page.
This means that we have collected no data, at any point in time. To get around this, you will need to retrieve (for the exact time period, from when the content went live, to the time our code was placed on page), all impressions and unique users for each URL, and send this to support. We are able to add the numbers to your campaign, and have it mix seamlessly with our collected data. The downside to this, aside from the manual component, is that we cannot take in any further of our "rich" metrics.
Additionally, we can make this tool available to your account upon request.
Scenario B: Our code has been placed on page, but whitelisted late.
As long as our code has been on page the whole time, we collect all data. Due to the massive volume of information our system needs to process, we separate "whitelisted" and "non-whtielisted" data. When you whitelist a URL, it can take between 1 and 30 minutes (depending on the amount of data we've collected for you) to retrieve all impressions.
Please note: If you do not whitelist your URL in 21 days, we will begin to block the URL from collecting.
