How do I Assign a Campaign to an Account Manager or Client?

To give either a client their own log in or to assign an account manager to a campaign - you take the same steps. 

  1. Within the dashboard view - click on your Nudge account name to the top right hand side of the screen. 
  2. Click on create user
  3. Enter their details - assign a user type and select the appropriate time zone. Hit submit
  4. Go back to the dashboard and click ‘edit' on the campaign you want to add them to.
  5. Under ‘Campaign Managers’ hit ‘assign manager’ and select the appropriate user
  6. Send the user their log in details.
