How do I Assign a Campaign to an Account Manager or Client?
To give either a client their own log in or to assign an account manager to a campaign - you take the same steps.
- Within the dashboard view - click on your Nudge account name to the top right hand side of the screen.
- Click on create user
- Enter their details - assign a user type and select the appropriate time zone. Hit submit
- Go back to the dashboard and click ‘edit' on the campaign you want to add them to.
- Under ‘Campaign Managers’ hit ‘assign manager’ and select the appropriate user
- Send the user their log in details.
